Curious about how the Car / Boat / RV donation process works? Check out our commonly asked questions

  • How long does it take to pick up my donation?
    After submitting your donation form or calling us directly we assign a transport or tow truck to pick up your donation with in 48 hours.
  • How much can I write off on my taxes?
    We will issue you a 501(c)(3) receipt for the full market value of your donation. It will be the largest possible that fair market value allows.
  • Do I have to be present during pick up of the donation?
    No. If you want to just sign the title as the seller and leave it in the vehicle just let us know and we will remove the vehicle and handle all the appropriate paperwork with the DMV to transfer it out of your name.
  • I don't have the title to my vehicle. Can I still donate it?
    Yes. As long as the vehicle belongs to you or a family member that is okay with donating it we can get fair market value for it as a parts vehicle.
  • The title is not in my name. Can I donate it?
    Yes. As long as the owner on the title is okay with it. We can only gets parts value for it but every penny counts.
  • I have no keys for the vehicle. Can I still donate it?
    Yes. A tow truck will load it and we will have keys made for it.
  • The car does not run or drive. Can I still donate it?
    Yes. The tow truck will simply winch it onto the bed and tow it away. If it is deemed worth fixing we will fix it and maximize your tax deductible donation receipt.
